2007 the company has accorded the ISO 9001: 2000 certifications for adherence to Quality Management Systems concerning all activities related to Development , Management and Sales of Real Estate Projects from TRANSPACIFIC CERTIFICATION LIMITED , a leading international certification body that targets effectiveness of the Management Processes and Procedures of companies against standards set by the International Standard Organization.

He added that a team of Lead Auditor have conducted the Annual Surveillance in interval visits during the last year and announced that , ”The company has a well documented Quality Management System in place that addresses the new standard ISO 9001:2008.
